Our beloved granddaughter Kerri committed suicide on 30th August 2008 to be with her fiancee Rob,
who died
1 year and 2 days before Kerri.
She couldn't cope with life without Rob and we believe that she was so desperate to be with him that
this was the only way she knew how they could be reunited.
She leaves behind her son Lewis who will be taken care of by all of the family.
She has broken our hearts by leaving us but we understand her need to be with Rob once more.
We know that she and Rob are together again and are in a better place.

Well Kerri, you are finally at rest up there with Rob, just where you wanted to be. Both of you causing trouble, i'm sure, but definitely with a drink in each hand. I hope that Lewis can understand why you have done this, and that he can take some peace from the fact that you will now be so happy in the arms of your one true love. You both became better people when you met each other, but certainly not without ups and downs!!

The blanket of depression

I am so sorry for your sad loss.
I lost my daughter to suicide 4 months ago and someone left this poem on her gts site. It helped me and I hope it may bring you some comfort.

Heaven's most beautiful angel
Kerri you were my best friend, my partner in crime, my soul sister, i just can't believe you have gone. It feels like someone has ripped the heart from me and stolen my laughter. I know you are happy in heaven now with rob and that is a small comfort to us all. Lewis, your beautiful boy is so loved and will be looked after by your lovely family, he will know you and rob are watching him from heaven.
